New Year’s Resolution

Did you make a New Year’s resolution this year

It is estimated that approximately 45% of adult Americans make at least one resolution each year…
after the first week of January, 75% of those whom made a resolution are still on track.
Here are the most common resolutions:

• Lose weight:
Accompanied by eating healthier and exercising more.
• Stop a bad habit:
Such as drinking, smoking, etc.
• Improve Finances!
Two weeks after January the percentage of Americans still working on their New Year’s resolution is 71%, and after one month 64%.
Here are a few more common resolutions:
• Better job: Many people are unhappy with their employment and seek a better position.
• Better education: Go back to college for more education, or improve grades in current classes.
• Volunteer/give to charities: The holidays bring many news stories about the needs of others.
• Plan a trip/vacation: Whether alone or with the family a vacation is always a nice goal to have!
You may want to set your goals for early in the year because…
